Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Yadun Know (sole proprietor, "we") for the CheerFlat Slack application and related services. By installing or using CheerFlat, you agree to these terms.
The service
CheerFlat lets Slack workspaces schedule and post team birthday and work-anniversary announcements. You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed from your team members before adding their birth dates or hire dates.
Plans, billing, and refunds
The Free plan includes up to 5 teammates and up to 15 celebrations per year. Flat Pro is billed in advance at US$4/month or US$39/year (plus applicable taxes) via Stripe for up to 50 teammates per workspace, and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal; Pro features remain active through the end of the paid period. We refund the first payment on request within 14 days by emailing support@cheerflat.com.
License keys
Each Flat Pro license key covers one Slack workspace. Keep your key confidential; we may revoke keys that are shared publicly or abused.
Availability and disclaimer
CheerFlat relies on Slack, Cloudflare, and Stripe infrastructure. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
